When calling from Phonero switchboard for recruitment, you need to book a number in advance. (if you forgot, see below).
- Go to the booking page. You can also find the booking page on the Ywam icon in Teams.
- Select Full or Half day, select Date and Time.
- Click Book.
You will receive a message in Teams and your email.
The day you start calling, use the information you received to log in to Phonero.
The 2-factor code will be sent to your Teams account. (only during that time slot).
Remember to log the call in HubSpot ;-)
If you forgot to book in advance, contact the Recruitment call leader. She/he will have access to the calendar for Recruitment calling (https://outlook.office.com/bookings/calendar), and can do the booking on behalf of you.
