So, if you've been trying to use the "Follow up leads" document, you may notice that part of the instructions are a bit confusing. This is because parts of it is written specifically for the developers, and the second part is for the people setting up events and such. If you tried it and got stuck, welcome!
You don't need to make a new form, there is already a general form that has been created, and that is the one we are currently recommending.
The link for it is https://ywamnorway.formstack.com/forms/followup?Center=TheSend&Reason=TS+Tour+S24 and you'll see at the end of the link is "Center=TheSend" and then straight after is "Reason=TS+Tour+S24"
That is the part that you can just change, and then put into a QR code maker.
For instance, this link: https://ywamnorway.formstack.com/forms/followup?Center=Grimerud&Reason=Example123 has "Grimerud" as the Center and "Example123" as the reason. The Center is then what base the contacts that fill out the form will be assigned to, and the reason is so that you can filter out why someone was filling out the form.
Using that link that you change, you can make a QR code to direct people to the form. (Test it before you use it.)
You will also notice that as long as you only change the Center and the Reason, the form stays the same. This is intentional so that we can have a general form to use. We will be making more specific forms, but we are starting with this general form.
Once someone has filled out the form then you should see them show up as a "FollowUp" process in Hubspot, along with their contact being created.
