In the transition, when starting to use HubSpot, you need to "move" your applications from wherever you store them, into HubSpot.
In HubSpot, an application consists of several parts: The Contact, the Deal and an "Application". It is too painful to make all the connections manually, so we cheat...
To "import" an application, this is the easiest way:
- Use the training form to submit a "minimum edition" application.

Replace the name of the Center with your base.- Enter the correct applicant name, email, etc.
- DO NOT enter email addresses for the references. They will get an email, and get confused. Use a bogus address like noreply@umpalumpa.no
- When the application shows up in HubSpot, update the picture.
- Attach the Application you already have to the Deal.
- Move the Deal to the right stage.
