All newsletter lists are stored in our CRM system.
All sign-up forms must therefore be connected to the CRM system - or you must manually add people every time someone signs up.

This list is exported to MailChimp for each newsletter.
The data-catching page is set up in the back-end system, and you embed the URL on your web page.
Send the necessary fields (normally name and email) to IT, together with necessary CSS code, and information about which mail list they sign up for.
The way you embed the code varies between different web systems, but as long as you can include a URL you're good to go. If you want your own receipt-page after the sign-up is complete, please send that URL to IT.
