Each base have (at least) one team for the whole base for communication and documents.

Owners of Teams can create channels and invite new persons to the Team.

New procedure fall 2024: We make a new Team for each School. This is for GDPR compliance. (Yes, we got some complaints, so we have to update).


The suggested setup for a small base that runs a DTS is:

  • One Base-Team, where base documents is stored, and base staff communication happens.
  • A School Staff team, where the staff can store templates and staff related documents.
  • A Student team, where all students will be invited, and documents regarding the school will be posted.

Inside a Team, you can store files (use the Files tab).

The file structure is important to keep clean. Keep as few folders as possible on the top level, and name them properly.
